The Chateau is a traditionally built sofa, fabricated from European beech with ebonised legs with solid brass casters.
This design is inspired by elegant 19th Century day beds and sofas but still maintaining a timeless classic, crisp lined style. We have given it a modern twist by using contrasting fabrics on the back and added the scatter cushions to complete the look.

Fabric shown: Clarke and Clarke Zambezi Linen by Emma Shipley on the back with Osumi in Maize as the main body colour and Oreta Fenugreek as cushions by Romo.
Wood finishes available: Ebonised Beech or pigmented beech. Other premium woods available on request- oak, mahogany and walnut.
Our classic build is a hybrid modern construction with foam over traditional hand tied and stitched, coil springs. Seat cushions are of a feather wrap over a reflex foam core. Other cushion options available on request.
